Hi from Newfoundland, my youngest started kindergarten this year and my older two are in grades 9 and 12. Time is flying by so fast. Hope you all have a great school year.

Always so hard when the kids go back and start a new school year. Exciting, but also bittersweet to send them back and know they’re a year older.

We homeschool now so we don’t have the sad tears of being apart, but it’s still hard to get back. Hate the fun of summer ending. 😔

Great lunches! I think of your lunches when I go pack a lunch with little compartments if I’m out on the go or when my parents are in and I make something for them to take on the road!

Lots of great lunches this week and the kids did such a great job finishing them off, but sad that Ben never got his beefy pasta, hopefully they will have it soon. I hope Emily is feeling better and will be back to school soon. It's always nice to get new furniture, it makes a room feel fresh and clean. I'm happy to see the kids are settling in to their new grades this year. Thanks for sharing their lunches here with us Lindsay, I hope you have a great week ahead. I'm off to the dentist to have that other tooth pulled finally, it started hurting on Saturday, so it's time. The dentist said he was unable to save it as it has had 2 root canals and now one of the roots has broken in half, ugh. It'll feel better when the tooth is gone.

I can't believe that Audrey is starting Fourth Grade.
It seems like yesterday that she was starting Pre Primary (Pre-K.)

Hope Emily is feeling better, definitely going around I’m sick today with a cough and runny nose. And I’m not even in school.

So many yummy lunches! When my youngest had braces I would cut things up for him as well-especially after he got them tightened. Thanks for sharing. I hope Emily is feeling better.
