The Fajita Lounge embodies the spirit y vida de San Antonio; so happy Arnie was able to experience it! Shout out all the chefs and folks who helped pull off the best one yet! 🎉❤🎉

Vibe should be considered but not the most important. That's superficial. It's all about flavor baby

You know Tucson (where I'm from) and San Antonio are both the only two cities in the United states to be unesco rated cities of gastronomy. I always knew why Tucson was and now I see why San Antonio is as well. Thanks for sharing Arnie y saludos de Tucson Arizona. 👊

Love the whole vibe of the festival, and people. Gonna keep it in mind for next year.

MAN I wished I knew of these when I was in SAN Antonio.   I probably wouldn't have left.  Work be damned

It was a pleasure meeting Arnie, so humble and gracious. Thank you for taking time to talk to us, and of course the amazing recipes and people you showcase.

I live in Arizona an we have our own way of cooking. It's still the same ,we've got love an family.

Yes, I was gonna say Ninfas was from the Rio GrandeValley I I remember going to Ninfas to eat fajitas. 😋😋

repping SA proudly!!! great video pops!!!

I tried that pollo asada marinade today and it was awesome! It was a subtle flavor, but it kind of encourages the use of hot sauce and onion and avocado. One recipe can cover an amazing amount of meat. I cooked twenty chicken thighs and an entire pork shoulder. Good stuff, I'll definitely make it again. 👍

I love the cameo at 20:44

I’m from SA a native best fajitas I’ve ever had are from Taqueria Lago La Chapala Jalisco on O’Conner Rd in SA TX numerous best Mexican food plaques on there wall and I absolutely 💯 agree

I endorse Ben’s hot take. Don’t get me wrong, got my favorite spots for brisket but most others are aight so I hit the yard/wood bird and see what that’s like.

Hells yea!!  More San Antonio content!  I love my SA ❤

Looks fun!

Love your recipes and your cooking tips! 👍💪🇺🇸

One of my managers really does put ketchup on his tamales. I'm glad we're not the only ones that think that is a crime against humanity.

💥 BOOM 💥

Funny part is the name "Southtown" was made up by the hipsters that invaded the downtown and King Williams area about 20 years ago.   Heavily gentrified the area, pushed out a lot of older residents, sent property prices skyrocketing.   It's hard to ignore the reputation the name holds.

Yup, I'll drop everything for free tacos 🎉😊
