This is actually so well made.... and now I'm depressed

Remember that the people who survive the war almost have a fate worse than death, they are haunted by the memories of their fallen comrades for life and are isolated because of their condition (PTSD).

Drowsy casually dropping heartbreaking cinematic animations out of nowhere

“Two armies fighting each other is like one large army that commits suicide.” - Henri Barbusse

an apple fell and the world knew gravity
yet 22 million fell and no one knew the meaning of humanity

This animation perfectly represents how devastating war is for those who are caught in it. At first, we see a wounded soldier, crying out in agony, which is underwhelming when we take into account the rest of the battlefield, still fighting, gunshots still ringing out, artillery still exploding around them, next, the soldier in paradise, looking at the love of his life, playing in a field full of flowers, which is the polar opposite of the field we saw just a second ago. They take off, youth shining in their eyes, and then in next second we're snatched away, returning to the battlefield, the life drained from the soldiers eyes, his corpse still leaking blood. Who knows how long it will take for the soldier's spouse to receive the news?

Scientific research shows that the brain replays your best memories for 5 minutes after death. We see this man, possibly in heaven, joyful and content. Could this just have been his brain replaying his best memories? Was he truly in heaven? Did it go black, shortly after the warmth and comfort we saw this man enjoying? I pray not.

It’s painful to know how the soldiers that died in the various wars gave up everything.
Their lives,
Their families,
Their friends,
Their future,
And yet many of us forget to acknowledge that.
Millions of soldiers had died alone on the battlefields, scared, but we must never forget their sacrifices.

May they rest peacefully. 🕊️

This is why you don't joke about those who died in the wars.
Some died in their final moments looking for a loved one, not even realizing they had died.

Rest in peace

Okay so this is actually just sad.

0:40  He didn't realize that he was dead.

The feeling when you feel lonely even when there is people around you

The fact is, this is realistic. The instant you're about to die your brain fills you with the strongest hallucinogenics you'll probably ever experience.

Now we know that soldiers are not just statistics but husbands, brothers and sons...

I like the little detail on how the soldier changed his clothing in 0:34 to represent how he is now at peace with his loved ones

This is the first roblox animation that i see, i came from instagram.

I find this animation so heartbreaking because this must have happened to a lot of soldiers, and it must still be happening in current warzones around the world right now.

Wonderful job with all the sfx used, the trench whistles at the start and the eery but peaceful rain sounds at the end, truly wonderful. ❤

He's now at peace 😢

The animation was so good that I wanted a part 2 😭

He fell in October 1918, on a day that was so quiet and still on the whole front, that the army report confined itself to the single sentence: All quiet on the Western Front." - Erich Maria Remarque

How the Somme Felt..... In 2 ways

this shows the true nature of death and sacrifice, and i’m here for it
