Yo! This video was supposed to come out a while ago, but life happens :/ We're working on another gaming video as well as some other cool stuff, but if you have any video ideas, let us know!
And if this video reaches 2,000 Likes, we'll cover the Godzilla anime series on our second channel! Anyway, thanks for watching!

I love how the Godzilla fandom is more toxic and destructive than Godzilla himself (in lore)

I feel so bad for Unknowingly,he didnt deserve those death threats. Im just glad he didnt actually take his life...

No fandom is safe from toxic fans. It's saddening that a fandom for a big radioactive lizard had to be toxic as well.

While I'm not a huge fan of Man in the Suit (in fact, I think it got WAY TOO BIG, in my honest opinion), I still find it scummy that godzilla fans had harassed a minor to the point that he had to cancel his whole series.

Godzilla fans 🤝 Star Wars fans
Making it hard for normal people to enjoy the franchise

As A part of the godzilla fandome I WIL NOT ACCEPT THESE TOXIC PEOPLE

As a Godzilla fan myself, y’all did a good job talking about the alarming and increasing amount of toxicity in our fandom. Honestly, the rage intensified after King of the Monsters. Also, hilarious commentary! Approved 👍🏽

The Godzilla Fandom, even more angry and destructive than the Mutated Angry Lizard  they praise.

Gatekeeping the movies and fandom to the point of sending angry comments and threats to the creator of The Man In The Suit just for being an analog horror and not something they did that's bad especially with how some famous early 2000's were getting called out for truly messed up stuff.

Then again older big fandoms are generally worse than smaller ones but still this fandom seems to be pretty childish and immature.

Just why does Godzilla of all things have a fan base this wild?! I thought it out of everything would be normal. We'll I guess nothing good lasts long on tje internet.

Good video as usual!

I had no idea there was so much Godzilla drama like it’s just a big lizard man calm down

As a long time humble Godzilla fan, it really disappoints me to see how bad the fandom has gotten in modern times, based on the numerous times where toxic fans have attempted to argue with me over things I said, only for them to get nowhere since I just brush them off every time they try.

as a godzilla fan since 2021. i honestly feel bad for unknowingly, he didn't even deserve those death threats man🙁

this man in the suit drama reminds me of the sprunki drama...

The fandom is the reason why i left the godzilla fandom and the entire franchise as a whole

Every time I see toxicity and/or degeneracy in a Fandom of a type of media that I like (or just the internet in general), I get the feeling that MCU Ultron is making more and more sense.

Nutshell, If you're a godzilla fan, don't trust in the rest of the fandom, except that you know the guy at long time

Justice for Unknowingly, he didn't deserve harassment and even today, there is a Reddit post claiming he did something ilegal on Discord, however they never posted evidence or elaboration about it

Just before king of the monsters 2019 opened up, the fandom consisted mostly of adults who loved the Toho movies. There was no discourse on “Monsterverse or Toho” because there was really only one Monsterverse film. People would look at the classic films and say “sure, they’re crap, but I like them anyways.”
Then, kotm opened up, and along with it, came the general public’s eye. Now, along side classic Godzilla fans, came people who thought that the American films were better, people who didn’t like it when you had a different opinion, people who liked to crap on the originals without actually having seen them, children who didn’t know any better, and adult children who should’ve known better.
The smaller a fandom is, the less likely there is to be any disagreement. Once a fandom gets bigger, more brain dead people are going to start trying to make their opinions… the only opinions.

So basically there are three types of Godzilla/Gojira fans

1.Toho fan boys(About 45-62% of the fandom)
2.ledgendary fan boys (about 38-55% of the fandom)
3.the As i like to call them the Ledgends of Godzilla A.K.A the ones who love Toho and legendary equally (Most uncommon type of Goji fans They be chill no controversy at all in that part of the fandom)

Ps: im apart of the third part of the Godzilla fandom :]. ;)

Godzilla becoming mainstream might have been the worst thing ever happened to this fandom.
