Drinks a bottle of Jack Daniels. Drives a car a few minutes later.

I like how they didn’t have a love interest in this movie, they taunted the idea but kept you focused on the plot

He channeled Jim Carrey for a moment there

Funny how he ended up following the advice of the galactically stupid 😂😂😂😂

Tom's impression of Jack spot on

Thank you for playing "Should we or should we not follow the advice of the galactically stupid! 😅

The "galactic ally stupid" scene always wipes me out...

@Rebel_Yellow 1 year ago

For me, this is the best scene in the movie.

The court scene where he gets Jessup to confess is usually considered the best scene. I like this one, from when he walks in drunk, through the galacticly stupid line, up until Weinberg convinces him to go after Jessup, that's my favorite scene.

Great touch

Galactically stupid is an apt description of Galloway. Even a first year law student wouldn't make the mistake of not verifying that their client wasn't present when the order was given.

For me, this is hands-down the most memorable Tom Cruise scene ever.

4:48 For some reason I always loved Sam agreeing to share a bottle of whiskey with Danny.

We used to that in the Corps.

I just noticed — 30+ years after first seeing this and countless times watching it since — that Kaffee walked out the door with the bat.

This was the scene where Kevin Pollak's character saved the day.

This was a great movie. Tom Cruise's character was a bit off at first, but then he wised up. Jack Nicholson acting was superb. So much emotions. Great movie then, and still is.

Galloway's go-to power move is always trying to guilt-trip Kaffee into doing it her way, even after she screwed up multiple times and he just told her point blank that he could be court-martialed for if he keeps pressing. And the only time she relents and steps down from her hissy-fit is not when he tries to mend things, not when he apologises for rightly having been angry, but only when he finally tells her that he'll do what she wants and take all the risk. Great gal.
