Smh, i can't believe people have the audacity to do this and steal from people. I fckn hate scammers, they're too lazy to get a job like the rest of us and would rather steal from hardworking people.

The fact that the place came with Wi-Fi and all the furniture is a red flag.

Glad everything worked out. Good job with the detective work and hopefully the police catch up with these scammers.

I've lived overseas for 15 years. When I go back I dread the idea of trying to conduct normal business. Seems like the scammers have increased 50 fold since I've been gone.

I’m not sure if it is protocol, however when I was renting an Airbnb last summer… I had to verify my identity by sending the owner id via the site. There’s a good chance that , that Is him👀

He probably scammed all 30-40ppl that showed up too! Wow! And that “realtor” was probably in on it and a fake agent smh.

@onthecasewthewigdoc_sijaye 2 years ago

Anytime a “realtor” or real estate agent or even a broker is involved next time ask up front for their license information you can easily pull it up online if they are a registered agent which in order to be an agent you would have to be registered and under a brokerage firm. I bet you that would’ve saved a lot of you right there because she more than likely was just a fake agent and not a registered one.
