Great short video Pavlin! As the saying goes "failure to prepare is preparing to fail". Please keep these honest and down to earth videos coming. Cheers :)

If you are going to travel that fast - stay home and go to a track day. You are not going to see/experience much going too fast - you are going to stress yourself as well as the bike going fast.
Good advice Pavlin.

So important. You could show this once a year and it wouldn't be too much.
Ride safe 👍

I usually clean headlights , turn lights & reflectors , especially during night.

Even a bit inspection as you mentioned.

All good advice except the comment about ear plugs. The cheap foam plugs will cut down wind noise but won’t mask mechanical noise to any great extent. But once your hearing is shot, you won’t hear well enough to notice subtle mechanical noises.

I like your advice. While I choose to wear earplugs, the rest of your advice lends itself to using your head and putting in the effort up front. Choose the right bike to start with. Ride smart. Don't skimp on maintenance. The right selection of tools and well-thought out spares will get you (or maybe someone else who needs a hand) further than you expect.

Fantastic!

Please will you consider making a video about how you and Patso are able to get along and ride for long days? ( example choice of riding style, interests, communucation, compromises etc).

Thank you

Do you ever have fun when riding your motorcycle or is it all doom and gloom?

You don’t pack much and what you take looks very uncomfortable for camping… it leads one to believe you stay in as many hotels as possible, is that right?

My pack system is just a credit card and a change of clothes… very lightweight and easy to maintain control of the motorcycle and reduce wear and tear. If you take more than just a change of clothes then you are taking too much… and must not understand how motorcycles function and need to be as light as possible in order to work correctly.

That’s why I like you man… minimalist!

Learn to fix/service the bike yourself, with the tools you are going to carry on the bike during the trip. Learn to change the tyres and tubes yourself at home. no point on carrying the tools if you don't know how to use them.
