[Okayama City and Town Gourmet Rally #39]
This time, we'll be looking at Shingo-cho in Atetsu District (now Niimi City).
Shingo-cho is a small town in the northernmost part of Niimi City, surrounded by the Chugoku Mountains on the border with Tottori Prefecture.
There are several remote stations in this town, so we decided to make a pilgrimage.
And the classic egg-bound katsudon, eaten at a traditional drive-in.

Before the Heisei era mergers, Okayama Prefecture had 78 cities and towns.
I will pick out delicious and tasty-looking restaurants in each city and town, one by one.
The restaurants I pick out are entirely my own preference. Therefore, please understand that there may be a bias in the food.
We will be touring the cities and towns in alphabetical order, so please look forward to it.

カツ丼も見ててお腹空きました〜🤤
神郷辺りは舗装路もダートも大好きな道が多くてよく訪れます！
今回のお店は国道182号線沿いの見つけ易い立地ですが、まだ入った事がありませんでした。
今度訪れる際は 林道探訪の途中にガッツリとカツ丼を平らげたいと思います！
飯テロ動画見てしまったので、とりあえず今日は どこかで”カツ丼”食べなきゃ収まりませんけどね(笑)
クルマやバイクが無いと不便な印象でした
しかし住民の方々は笑顔だったのが印象的
神の郷 しんごう 雄大な山間部の町
『神郷エリア』と『千屋エリア』は東西の道で交流が深かったと地元の方に聞きました
今回も 面白かったです
最近、布原経由で備中神代駅に行きましたが、神代駅の駅舎が解体されていて残念でした。
(布原から神代のトンネルは景色は絶景でした)
これから国道182号はドライブにはいい道ですよね。
親子孫水舎でも美味しいご飯が食べられますし、道の駅や姫新線も野馳や八神などいい駅がありますね。

次は大好きでよく行く新庄村！楽しみにしています！
