Brilliant! I love it! Just the perfect solution for making a simple, purpose-built boat. In the USA here, Coast Guard requirements for reserve buoyancy in the hull, however, might lead a builder to leave the poly-foam panels shaping the hull in place, then encapsulating those in FG. Those bow, midsection, and stern section inserts could also contain poly-foam blocks. What a great plan using PVC pipe for all the hull stiffeners!
Sir BKS, this is really great content & I appreciate you continuing to show us this process..... repetitive viewing is needed if any of us will ever be able to build a boat. That said, I wish from time to time you would "Write" about parts of this process you use. Example; IN the "More" section below this video, explain in words about the plywood mold & why you do things. AI will help you put it in words & we can better understand What n WHY you do certain things. This is merely a suggestion that night help your followers. Many will never have a boat w/o your help, seeing it is important but explaining the mold, then the fiberglass, the pvc you cut & how you use it. On & on people have questions & you can answer before they ask by stating to document how you do all the steps in this process ! Sell the plans? You may already do that but let us know if you do so we can buy them if we can afford them? peace & thank you for the work
