What a badass woman. She didn’t go down without a fight.

God bless the scientists who developed DNA analysis.

"He was from..."

<don't say America>
<don't say America>

"America."

Dammit.

What a vile evil man, it did give me chills about how he just went and robbed the place after murdering her. I hope he never gets released. Very good case.

Theres always a problem with CCTV footage. Like you got who found the purse but not who dropped it? What's the point if it's not gonna work smh. Like with chris watts, a ring doorbell did better than CCTV lol

Molly this was really well told. To brutally murder someone, and strangulation at that - which meant looking into Cathy's eyes for a number of minutes, and then still continue to rob the company thereafter means he didn't care about anything but himself. He is chillingly evil! May he rot in jail and never be released. RIP Cathy. ❤️🤗

I will never understand obvious murderers being like "well yeah I was there at the scene of the crime on the day it happened but it wasn't me because (insert extremely flimsy story here)".
Either deny it completely or tell them the truth, you're not going to get away with it regardless... I've watched so many cases and this happens quite often.

Cathy helped solve her murder

you’re so pretty, the eyeshadow makes your eyes pop 😍

I'm amazed he wasn't told to hand in his keys when dismissed. His employer must of known he had them .its just the same as leaving your business premises unlocked causing easy access..

I watch a LOT of true crime documentaries, true crime youtube channels, and read true crime novels. But... the ONE thing they always baffles me and something I will never understand is why a person who's committing a robery decides to murder a witness because they don't want to go to jail/prison... Yet... They think committing murder will be a better option?! So you can either risk the witness going to police and you will possibly get a couple years in jail (if its your first offense or you haven't committed any violence to another person during the robbery you will likely get put on house arrest or serve very little jail time) or you kill the person and you're DEFINITELY going to be sent to prison for DECADES (and if he had still been living in the United States when he committed this murder, its unlikely he would have even gotten the possibility of parole, he probably would have just been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole!)
I seriously can't understand the way these people think?! He was convicted and had to serve AT LEAST 26 years in prison before he even has a chance of being released, had he left the moment he walked in and saw Cathy leaving, he would have been finished serving whatever punishment he was given LONG AGO! And most importantly, Cathy would still be alive today!
The fact that he decided to kill Cathy when he was entering the building and saw her leaving means he hadn't even robbed the place yet, at that moment he decided to kill her, the only thing he did wrong was enter a building (using a key) that he had no business being in. He LITERALLY wouldn't have gotten ANY jail time for this!! I just can't wrap my head around why he would do this!! He could have just left... Were a few laptops really worth an innocent woman's life to him? Its just such a senseless murder that DIDN'T HAVE TO HAPPEN!!

such a heartbreaking case, nothing can bring her back but i'm happy that the most they could do was get justice for Cathy and send that evil man to rot in prison

Hey Mollie thanks for another great video tonight.... And thanks for keeping them an hour in length... Noticed other channels getting shorter and shorter videos but love your longer format x

Your eyeshadow is absolutely gorgeous!!

Couldn’t imagine the pain her mother felt in the months she had to live just grieving her daughter while dying of cancer just heartbreaking must of been so hard for the family left behind too 💔

May Cathy rest in peace

He clearly was a liar, and to take someone's life because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time :( I feel for her family so much, and as usual you handle difficult cases so sensitively and with compassion for the victims and their families.

every day i still wait for molly to say “my name is molly, if you haven’t guessed already”

Love your uploads!! You need to be recognised more!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The fact that he could still deny it even when the evidence is so damning is almost childish. It's like stabbing someone and having the knife IN your hand as you're arrested but still denying it🤦🏻‍♀️
