CJ Fasian is back at Pokomoke Ranch — the "haunted" property that was
supposedly going to be demolished and somehow never is. This time the
video's titled "We Almost Died... We Quit. This Place Is Evil." I sat
through all 1 hour 45 minutes so you don't have to.

In this debunk I cover:
🙃 CJ and Sunny mocking other investigators for using REM pods and apps
("they didn't have those in the 1800s!") while using a ghost mirror, a
spirit box app and a "necro meter" app themselves
🎭 A shadow cast on a door frame right as a "mysterious" noise happens —
giving away exactly who threw what, into which room
📦 The "green box" Sunny supposedly got dragged through on a previous
visit, which simply isn't physically possible without a person doing
  the dragging
🚪 Sunny sprinting through an unlocked door hard enough to nearly hurt
himself, over a door that just... wasn't locked
✂️ An audio cut right before one of the biggest "bangs" of the night
📈 The classic "activity ramps up right at the end" structure — a pacing
trick to keep you watching for the ad revenue

"We quit, this place is evil" — right after saying they don't know how
many more videos they'll film here, because that's "up to the views."
Make of that what you will.
