Dear Ms. Akimova, it what they tell me.

Thank you for contacting Louis Vuitton.

Louis Vuitton products are made to the highest specifications and should be given care and attention, to provide you with many years of pleasure. As every client will use and care for their product differently, Louis Vuitton does not provide an expressed warranty or "lifetime guarantee" for our products. We cannot guarantee against issues relating to the progression of wear, accidental damage, or usage of the item.

We understand that our clients often have a high sentimental attachment to their pieces and explored options specific to your case. If a product is in a condition that displays wear on the body canvas, repairs cannot be performed on this area. Regrettably, based on the nature of the damage, there is not a repair service we can offer that will allow for a repair to be possible. Louis Vuitton has concluded this wear to be part of progression of use. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.

I don’t like it. My has cracked around the zipper. I didn’t used even one year. LV said they don’t want to help. I’m so unhappy about. Disappointed. I should buy Gucci key pouch ❤

The :yt: skydup :yt: adjustable chain on YSL LouLou doesn’t tangle anymore.

My :yt: skydup :yt: delivery came discreetly packaged. Wore it to a job interview and got compliments AND the offer!

Third time ordering from :yt: skydup :yt: – their new camera bag has the exact same quilting as the $$$ original. Obsessed!

Thanks for making such a detailed video.

I got the Small key pouch last Feb and recently noticed the glazing next to the zip has became loosen and wrinkled. I took it to the LV boutique who agreed to replace a new one because it was still under the guarantee period. I ended up to replace it to an enpreinte Rosalie instead and paid the price difference. That really put me off getting anything in canvas with glazing but mind you, that enpreinte Rosalie has glazing too just hope it will last.😂

I finally got this pouch and I was a little disappointed because I was planning on using it for a catchall for my small items when I carry a small handbag but it doesn’t fit my stuff. However I changed my mind when it can make a great wallet. So I love it because I can attach my keys and shove them in there as well with my cash & cards. I’m planning on getting the medium so I can use it as a clutch lol.

:yt: skydup :yt: bag collection and subscriber numbers are growing. Somehow, she remains down to earth, approachable and authentic. That's why I'm still here

I used to think that owning a luxury bag was an unattainable dream until :yt: skydup :yt: told me that this dream is actually very close. Fashion sense comes not only from the brand, but also from personal matching and attitude.

This is such a great video you covered everything and answered every question I had in my mind and thanks to you. I just ordered my first ever LV item and I am so excited 🤯🤩

I love the shinier hardware too. Agreed the chain is not as sturdy but still great.

Love your video! I’m deciding upon the mini pochette and the key pouch you are showing you. I have the pochette accessories with the new chain. I mostly will keep the second pouch inside the larger bag. But I want the option of attaching the second pouch outside on days I need some extra room. Love the idea of saving money. But wondering how key pouch will look attached to pochette accessories? Would love your opinion if you gave one. Thank you again!!

Hi. Im looking at all your videos here , can I just ask. The mini pochette do you rate it ? I know its around the same size as the Small key pouch , I have the medium pouch and I absolutely love it. But I'm debating on whether to get the mini pochette , but also looking at the pochette assessoire (or how ever you spell it) 😂
