2026 IS THE YEAR OF THE DONUT

i'm from Switzerland (Zurich) and one time an american tourist in a small restaurant loudly said that "if it werent for us american, these people would speak German now". Immediately everyone started to speak German (well, the Züritüütsch, not the Hochdeutsch..but they can't tell the difference), including their waiter who previously spoke English to them😂😂

If your first reaction to "Fill up first, then pay." is "Then why would anyone pay?!", then that says a lot more about your morality than anything else.

Oh , You think Americans are stupid in Europe?! Americans are stupid in America too..

As someone who works in a German gas station. We gonna let you drive off note your license plate and contact our lawyers. So you gonna pay for it no matter what

Saying please and thank you is something my mind does automatically like breathing.

I think the reason Americans don't like European coffee is because they don't actually like coffee. They just like the milky sugary concoction they get at home!

Nobody complains about  barking dogs cuz they are more pleasant than shouting americans.

I m from Romania and smoking inside closed spaces is totally forbidden, including e-cigarettes, so, unless you re going in a small forgotten village, you ll never see people smoking inside.

An American once asked a British friend of mine if they also celebrate 4th of July. I will never forget his answer. "We only celebrate wins."

There are stories of people stealing fuel at the gas station in Germany, were the police was already waiting at their doorstep, when they came home for the day.

If England celebrates every country's independence day from England there would be a party all the time 😂

The one who claims being overwhelmed is the reason for lack of manners.. People from all over the world travel and don't forget their manners. The rest of us travel, and sometimes to countries that don't speak English nor our mother tongue and we make due with awkward polite smiles, nods and apologies.

"Do I look left or right?" .... uhm... Miss, what happened to looking BOTH ways before you cross the street? no matter what country? Lmao

Just the way most of them say "They drive on the WRONG side here" instead of "They drive on the left side here", speaks volumes! Like their way is the ONLY/CORRECT way. I say this as an American. We are not all like this but sadly the loudest ones are making us all look bad.

My lovely Brits, you are not ugly, your are beautiful human beings <3
Lot´s of love from Austria.

People from mainland europe are also not used to the UK driving on the left and still manage to say "please!"

My father is American. And he visited me in Scotland. After he left Scotland, I went round every single restaurant/cafe we visited to apologise for his behaviour because he was so rude and entitled. And I live in a small town - we ALL know each other. I deliberately didn't take him to my very favourite restaurants or cafes because I didn't want to risk their ire. It was excruciating and he was so un-self-aware that he was being ignorant and pedantic. My dad isn't stupid - hes insanely well educated but I've met 8yr olds with more emotional intelligence.

13:14 It's forbidden to smoke indoors in most establishments in Romania. So he went to a dedicated smoker's cafe without realizing.
