A melodic house mix combined with high-beta isochronic tones for targeted left-brain stimulation.

Part of the Intense Focus for ADHD Brains series, this session is designed to:

βœ… Drive deep, high-intensity focus and sustained attention
βœ… Provide a strong auditory anchor to cut through mental noise
βœ… Support a locked-in state for demanding, high-output work

Who is it for?

● Students with ADHD who need strong focus music for demanding study sessions
● Professionals who need intense left-brain stimulation for high-output, high-pressure work
● Anyone wanting to use brainwave entrainment to hit a deep, locked-in flow state

How this session works

This track uses a split-hemisphere protocol to drive high cognitive arousal in the left brain, which is primarily responsible for logic and linear tasks.

● The Cycle: Over each 15-minute cycle, the Right ear (Left brain) rises from 20Hz to a peak of 28Hz, holds there for 3 minutes, then eases back down. The Left ear (Right brain) moves gently between 12Hz and 14Hz throughout.
● This rise-hold-fall pattern repeats throughout the track, giving your brain a strong push into high focus without staying at peak intensity so long that it causes fatigue.

πŸ‘‰ To stimulate the left brain, frequencies are played in the right ear (and vice versa).

Headphones Required 🎧

Because this session delivers independent frequencies to each ear, headphones are essential for the split-hemisphere effect to function. Want to know more about how this works? See: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....

Volume πŸ”Š

Set the volume at a comfortable level that's clear enough to hear the isochronic tones, but never uncomfortably loud.

About My Process

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
