The backstory of The Gorillaz is utter insanity.

Fun fact; the singer is actually saying “it’s THERE” trying to signal to the others when to start but because the accent is so heavy, it sounds like ‘dare’ and they rolled with it lol

When the guy walked into studio to record for the gorillaz as special guest. He put on headphones stood in front of mic and as music played he couldn't hear it good enough so asked to turn up headphones. Thats where its coming up its coming up then when loud enough he said its there meaning loud enough.  They liked  it and chose to add it to song as the hookline.  Its the story of a teen girl dancing in her room to music.

5:11 Daft Punk used that same sample on 'Revolution 909'! The helmet on Noodle was a tribute to them

First time at the channel - was NOT expecting the .... wow... they are indeed hypnotic

demon days  not just an albun but a masterpiece

The Head that Noodle was singing with in her room was Shaun Ryder of The Happy Mondays.

Love this song!

I'm always surprised that many people have only just heard any of Gorillaz's songs. However, they have legendary music.

I just learned that the music videos are actually a sort of graphic novel set to music! There’s an entire story behind everything!
