Completely agree with everything you said about having a business. Employees are employees, not friends. I will pay them for their services, provided that they follow my rules and act in a professional manner. I will also treat them respectfully as well, but if you refuse to follow my rules then you're gone. If you don't like my rules, then no one is forcing you to work here and you are free to open up your own business with your own rules.

Wow you use a lot of skin products, I like them a lot too, I tried the red liquid one from ordinary, it burns but leaves the skin as porcelain 😊 too, I recommend you writing for relaxing your mind when taking serious decisions too, it help resolving stuff in your mind… hope it helps ❤ 😊 regards

In business you will lose employees and customers. And a lot of times it has nothing to do with you it’s the management and sometimes behind your back there is a culture of bullying in the workplace. Sometimes people leave because they might be the loyal one while the ones who stay are the backstabbers talking bad about you and stealing. So maybe ask the person who quit abruptly why get feedback don’t just right them off. At least get a different perspective of what things were like when you were not around.
