In today's video, we are tackling the challenges of timber transport across the UK. It’s been a busy couple of days starting with an empty truck in Sleaford and heading down to Wisbech to get loaded for a double-drop delivery down in the Southwest.
It wasn't all smooth sailing, though. Between the freezing 6°C winds (yes, I’m still in shorts!), Storm Chandra causing chaos on the M5, and some tight manoeuvres in narrow Devon lanes, this trip definitely kept me on my toes.

Delivering to Tavistock (Devon) and Roche (Cornwall).
Tight reversing and manoeuvring at Timber Store.
A quick update on my health and fitness journey (lost over a stone in a month!).
Heading back to the sawmill to prep a load for Paul.

I’m a big man myself I was 26.9 stone and I started going to the gym a year ago and I’m now 19.6 stone so 7 stone lost in a year

Unfortunately i had kidney stones for the 4th time in 6 years and with a stent it’s so painful go Ned’s my operation is on the 9th February I mist drink more water etc
And good going on loosing a stone, from a fellow big lad (albeit much shorter than you) I know its not easy at all. Water is definitely your friend when trying to loose some weight.
