Tune in next week where he attempts to start the titanic

Lake Finds are the new Barn Finds.

The amazing thing is, even if it wasn't under water, a Ford would have looked the same after 46 years

Still more reliable than the new ones.

No stupid annoying music just getting the job done👍

Hampus be like: Barnfind will it start? Scrapyard will it start? Forest wreck will it start? Been there, done that. I need a challenge...So what about a sunken wreck will it start? lol, you da man Hampus.

That pontoon-raft-industrial-container-thing is a great idea!

That came out the water looking better than the Ford Focus I sold in 2019 that was only 11 years old on dry land! 👀

did it start first try ?

Fjord Granada

Unless this is restored underwater we won’t be impressed.

Those green Granadas are very rare and desirable! Good luck with the full restoration! 😅

Structuraly sound, minor repairs and some repaint - good for another 40 years ;-)

That was a really nice car back in the days.

That setup is both crazy and genius. Impressive engineering!

At least this guy did a good service of cleaning up the lake

Holy heck Hampus, you're outdoing yourself. This is a level above your usual stuff. Great video, man!

So many vehicles to choose from!

What really struck me was the amount of work you put in before this Ford ever came out of the water. Spending more than 200 hours building a four-ton-capacity raft specifically for this recovery says everything about the commitment behind the project. Then you still had to dive 14 meters down, figure out how to lift a car buried in decades of mud, move it beneath the raft and finally get it back onto land. Seeing that Granada break the surface for the first time in 46 years was an incredible payoff. And after all that time underwater, finding solid areas in the floor and four wheels that still turned freely was remarkable. This was much more than pulling an old car from a lake. Tremendous effort by everyone involved.
