Awesome video! I accomplish the same thing in a slightly different manner. I also use two sets of infinity stops, one set at infinity and the other behind them by the thickness of the LomoGraflok focusing spacer (~21 mm). With the LomoGraflok in place and the lens set at the infinity stops, I focus on the subject using the rangefinder. Once focus is set, I carefully move the lens standard back to the second set of infinity stops and take the picture. Works like a charm, you just need to make sure your infinity stops are calibrated and aligned with your rangefinder.
Thank you for making this video. In the process of doing the same. Curious if your friend has posted the 3D print file for the lomograflok viewfinder mask.
Awesome to make camera use other formats of film. Have a Polaroid Land Camera 101 and been thinking what I can do with it after I run out of peel apart film.
Another great video. Do you find you use your rangefinder a lot more than you thought you would, not just for Instax, but all film formats on the Crown Graphic? I also have a Crown Graphic but my Rangefinder needs calibrating and was wondering if I should bother, but looks like it might be useful. Also I tried to order your book, but you don't deliver to the UK :-(.
It happen that since yesterday I am adjusting my Graflex Crown Graphic RF to work with my Lomograflok, I still need to run more tests, BTW how did you manage to get these two infinity stops?, what I was thinking is to leave one where it belong and move the other 21mm back, but still need to adjust for more accuracy, and maybe I am in need of another pair of eyes, these two aren't work that great... ðŸ¤.
