Just a quick video showing how to Replace Rear Brake Pads on a 2007 - 2011 (6th Generation) Toyota Camry.  This is the same or very similar process for many other Toyota and Lexus Models and Years.

You will need:
Screwdriver or small pry bar
Possibly a C Clamp or similar caliper compression tool
14mm wrench or socket with Ratchet
14mm open end wrench if the slide pins spin.
14mm socket and Ratchet
Breaker Bar or Impact Wrench
Brake grease
Torque the Larger Caliper Bracket bolts to 46 ft. lbs.
Torque the Smaller Caliper Slide Pin bolts to 19-25 ft lbs.
