I used a different recipe but followed all your instructions, had to improvise with my Ninja Foodi 11 in 1 and OMG it’s the best bread I’ve ever made. It’s better than what I’ve purchased at the grocery store. IT WAS FLUFFY. Thank you!!! My recipe was 2.5 - 3 cups flour, 1/4 cup whole milk, 1 1/2 T butter, 3/4 cup warm water, 2t instant yeast but made it exactly like you made yours.

Beautiful and easy recipe to follow! First thing: for the first proof, I put the dough onto the parchment paper right away, and it did not affect the proofing or texture or anything, not to dirty the pot. And second: I have exact same 11 in 1 ninja and mine does not go above 400" for baking option. I'm preheating it now for baking, so I will be monitoring and possibly adding 15 extra minutes for first bake... Wish me luck!

What a beautiful loaf of bread! Just bought the pro plus version of this at Costco on sale for $49.99, looking for ways to use it...was hoping it would function well when baking, almost as an oven.

What a coincidense! I was thinking of trying bread baking in my Pro and here you are. I was thinking doing it in a loaf pan and flipping it out that last 15 minutes. Did you try making it in any type of vessel? Just curious. Sure was a success as you did it though; I could almost taste it through the screen!

So I’m all ready to cook in the possible cooker pro and apparently the newer model only goes to 400° on the bake cycle. I’ll do my best, I’ll use a thermometer to see when it’s done. Oh well.
Edit to say, I followed your times at the 400° temp instead of 425° and it came out perfect. Thanks!

This looks fantastic!!! Can’t wait to try it. I have recently gotten into baking sourdough bread and I am experimenting with various vessels for baking. I’ve found that baking in a cast iron vessel is the best (which is what everyone says!), but I’m 78 and handling 450 degree cast iron is daunting for me. I wonder if you are curious enough to try baking a loaf of sourdough in the Possible Cooker Pro.

Louise, this is excellent as I had no idea that I could bake bread in the PossibleCooker. I was wondering if you have any experience with working with whole wheat flour? Since my doc told me that my A1c is elevated and stay away from simple carbs I have been focusing on complex carbs. Any input that you have working with whole wheat flour would be greatly appreciated!! TY!
