I watched these programs as a child and teenager 65+ years ago! Liberace inspired me to play piano. He made it look like a lot of fun and so easy!! I had his 12th Street Rag/ Beer Barrel Polka/Boogie Woogie arrangements and practiced for hours but they were way beyond my ability!! I always thought they were speeded up on the recordings but saw him in person and was stunned to realize he actually played them that fast and accurately!!

A stellar showman for all time. Loved Liberace on TV as a child ... At five years old, I scribbled a note asking if he'd marry me (-!) My sympathetic Mom said she would mail it to him ... Still no answer, but hey, he didn't say no! So my love stays true. 😍

No wonder people loved his show. Aside from being such a masterful pianist, he we so joyful.

I watched his show when I was growing up. Actually met him in the lobby of the Las Vegas Hilton. I was in the Navy in the early 60's. He stopped and greeted me and thanked me for my service.

He was simply wonderful. I watched his show every week, and seeing this again in 2025 is just as enjoyable. He was the ultimate showman, and no one could play the piano better than he did. He had flying fingers!
