At 62 years of age… I have nothing but respect for Bobby Knight… the world needs more like him… great interview Calbert!

I love Cal. There’s probably no more underrated player in the history of basketball.

Damn it's good to see Calbert Cheaney....he was a College basketball Legend period...RIP to the General

Rest in peace to The General. The world lost one of THE greatest coaches of all time.

Simply put, Cheaney was one hell of a ball player!!

Cheaney was such a great college player.

Cheany is still the smoothest player I have ever watched play. His jump shot was as near as perfect as one can be. Rest easy Coach Knight.

Loving the tributes to the GOAT !!!    I feel so blessed to have lived in the 71-2000 era.     Great memories !!!   RIP Coach

Wonderful words from my favorite IU player. Calbert was a great player and a better man.

Look at how every one of his players turned out and how they talk about him. The greatest teacher all time in basketball and life

Calbert is a great standard bearer for IU and its basketball program.  And the state.  His words were spot on.   Classy

Beyond stoked to see Coach Calbert back where he belongs!

My favorite Indiana player of all time. Love Calbert Cheaney, Love Bob Knight, may he rest in peace...

It's amazing how his former players swear by him.

One of all time favorite IU players.

The General was so misunderstood by many. Pat and the General's plethora of players truly understood and appreciated his "genuine" intent. We've lost the last living example of PERFECTION, so let that sink in for a moment. RIP General 🙏

Bobby Knight!!!! Thank you, sir, for making Hoodierland happy for a long time. We love you!

Calbert, one of my favorite Hoosier's. Man, could he shoot the ball!

RIP Coach Knight..

We got screwed by Ted Valentine against Duke in 1992

Calbert should have a bronze statue in Assembly Hall with that sweet left-handed jump shot immortalized
