600 g ground beef.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
5 large potatoes.
Water.
1 tablespoon salt.
1onion.
1 carrot.
2 cloves garlic.
Parsley.

2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato paste.
40 g breadcrumbs.
3 eggs.
70 ml cream.

1 bell pepper.
Spring onion.
Butter.
