The last day of the Camino de Santiago was a mix of solitude, reflection, and an unbelievable energy that seemed to come from nowhere.
In this final episode of the documentary series, I show the last kilometers from O Pedrouzo to the Plaza del Obradoiro.
Knowing that the goal was just a few steps away gave me an inexplicable boost: I walked at such a strong pace that I arrived in Santiago at 12:30 – an hour and a half ahead of schedule! But nothing compares to the moment I saw, still from afar, the first glimpse of the Cathedral tower. Emotion overwhelmed me.
