Once again, this video was meant to be a short, but the video ended up being waaaaaaaaaaay longer than I thought lol, if you would like to see me upload more comic dubs like these in a longer fashion, let me know! (P.S. I know Mephiles doesn't sound like he should since my Mephiles voice was more cryptic and creepy sounding, but Mephiles had a different kinda voice in Shadow Generations compared to Sonic 06 soooooooo :P)

He becomes the actual Iblis Trigger.

Ironic, the one character who was able to kill sonic is now saying he wants to help him

Sonic is acting just like silver rn

For those wondering, the artist that originally made the comic said the concept here is if Mephiles had a connection to Sonic, under the idea of both Mephiles and Iblis managing to escape and take refuge in other beings.

Mephiles when he meets Shadow: ... Welcome to Tilted Towers, Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Memphis Tennessee.

I like how sonic obviously doesn't remember mephiles as he technically does not exist.
And how mephiles probably fucks with him which is just so in character.
This would be awesome to see in a game ngl.
(Screw how this makes no sense in the continuity)
SEGA please.

The moment I saw the eyes in the shadow I was
OH F■CK IT'S MEPHILES

I gotta say, I find it interesting how pained you made Mephiles sound, like he's exerting a lot more energy than he wanted/expected to in helping the hedgehog. Really sells the idea of how dire the situation is for both of them.

Mephiles is getting more creative...

Dang this was the vibe I remember getting from this era of sonic when I was a kid. I really enjoyed how you both captured the emotions of both characters despite sounding so distinctly unique.

Perhaps this is the original timeline, before any time travel shenanigans happened, which is why Mephiles so easily convinced Silver that Sonic ruined the world because that’s what happened originally, but due to the butterfly effect of time travel Mephiles took on Shadows form and the timeline was altered

blaze holds iblis of course

2:45: Mephiles: I want you to find someone for me. His name is Iblis

Auto generated subtitles: I want you to find someone for me. His name is Solaris.

Mephiles: close enough

This premise is so much better then the original Mephiles.

Iblis is trapped inside of Blase I granite it.

Mephiles sounded like he was in pain when he said that he can't leave a vessel

Wow, someone decided to remember an old fan-made atmospheric Sonic comic, and I'm glad, very glad, and you also did a great job voicing Sonic and Mephiles.

Why is Memphiles such nightmare fuel? Well done.
