They will never better Quatermass  and the Pit.

I've been looking around for his movie for around 50 years! I had seen the first Quatermass film & watched the beginning of this one long ago & always wanted to find it again & watch it to the end.  I couldn't believe it when I saw the title on your channel!

1957! When the violence is realistic, without added Dolby XXXX sounds etc and unnecessary closeups in the huge screens of our times, the violence and horror and evil designs have the true effect on our minds, instead of being 'entertainment' - the curse of modern times....
Well-done film.

This was my first horror movie. I was six and my sister and her friend took me. I was scared silly and they laughed at me for being scared.

Although the synthetic food plant was apparently destroyed at the end of the film, in reality it continued to produce disgusting looking, inedible, artificial fodder which today masquerades as vegan sausages and burgers!  Yeuch!  Thanks for posting this classic piece of science fiction.  😉

I WAS 13 THEN AND I WAS SCARED WATCHING IT

What a great movie.    One of my favorites.  Hammer baby!   Love me some. Hammer movies

Gotta give these Quatermass movies credit- they come up with original storylines!  However, for the uploader, - no synopsis, no 'like'.

Really good movie. Enjoyed it!

I saw this movie for 25 cents (popcorn included) on Miami Beach and it scared the shit out of me. It’s hard to believe it’s popped up on you tube. Brian Donlevy is terrific.

Loved the old black and white films after being introduced to them via my parents

Extraordinaria!!!

0:06 > james bernard composed for the earlier 1955 film >> " The Quatermass Xperiment "

Great movie

The guy they almost hit at the beginning sounded like Bogart

The golden age of Brylcreem

Hang on govner it's sid James!

Donlevy is a cool actor.....................

Loads of adverts interrupted with short spells of film
