Hey Monsters! This video is an intro to the game #Ember #Obsidian #Protocol from #queti #tectonics In the Raid 2 player set that was released they have two game modes to teach people the game. This video is of the first mode in which we go over some of the core mechanics of the game. The next video will be of the Training battle which will add all the terrain, special rules and other game mechanics. Feel like the dice rolls could have been explained a little bit better. Maybe sort out the misses and line up the hits/defense to showcase better which dice displaces which.
18:35 each Mech has access to the common action "Punch/Kick" which is performed with either an arm or the legs. So as long as at least one arm or your legs are intact you can use a melee attack. This also ties in with the Melee Lock as only units with Melee attacks can lock other units.
(wouldn't have changed the outcome though as the RDL Mech was in Firing Timing. He could've: activate, change stance, maneuver, then his action would stop as he couldn't do a firing action anymore)
