Companion Reaction, Recap, Commentary, Analysis, & Spoiler Review!!
Join Roxy Striar and Greg Alba as they dive into the futuristic world of Companion (2025), a thought-provoking film that redefines connection in a digital age. In this gripping drama, Jack Quaid (The Boys, Scream V) stars as Ethan—a tech-savvy loner struggling to find genuine human connection in a society increasingly dominated by artificial interactions. Opposite him, Sophie Thatcher (Yellowjackets, Heretic) delivers a mesmerizing portrayal of Lila, a mysterious free spirit whose arrival upends Ethan’s carefully constructed world.  The film also includes performances from Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish), Megan Suri (Never Have I Ever), Lukas Gage (The White Lotus, Euphoria), Rupert Friend (Pride and Prejudice, Hitman: Agent 47), and MORE!
Set against a backdrop of neon-lit cityscapes and high-tech dystopia, Companion follows Ethan and Lila as they navigate a labyrinth of emotional isolation, digital dependency, and unexpected alliances. Our hosts break down every riveting moment—from a visually stunning showdown where technology collides with raw human emotion, to intimate scenes that explore the vulnerability of truly opening up in a synthetic world.  Whether you’re fascinated by futuristic dramas or the evolving nature of human relationships, this reaction and review offers an in-depth look at the film’s bold narrative, complex characters, and unforgettable cinematic moments.
