She was sought out by the rich and famous but as always Black people didn't get the credit they deserved.

Yes, it was a Black lady who designed and sewed the wedding dress of Anne Lowe and I called her Auntie as a child.

She had so much class and being around her you could feel her air of perfection.

I value her and just like African Americans built the foundation of the White House and many prestigious colleges and universities like Harvard and Georgetown University, our ever mark in America's history was remarkable though we didn't get the credit and our inventions were claimed by others.

America cannot hide or erase history though many are trying. History is our record, recorded for reference, yet much of it has been whitewashed to fit a Eurocentic theme.

Black children and other cultures will learn about Anne Lowe's contribution to the Fashion Coutre Industry.

Anne Lowe the treasure that must be shared with the world.
