This video shows the arrival and departure of trains at the Hanshin/Hankyu Kobe Rapid Transit Line's Kobe Rapid Transit Station (weekends, evening hours, around 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM). It features various Hankyu trains (including those operating as express trains on the Hankyu Kobe Line to and from Shinkaichi), Hanshin trains (including through express, express, and local trains), and Sanyo trains (through express and local trains) that run from Himeji. This station allows you to see trains from all three companies simultaneously.
The Hanshin trains with Sesame Street wrapping, "ELMO's HAPPY TRAIN" and "COOKIE MONSTER's MOGUMOGU TRAIN," were also spotted.
A Sanyo express train bound for Sumaura Park, using express train cars, was also seen.
The station has two island platforms with four tracks, and the Hankyu and Hanshin lines diverge on the Osaka side of the station. Platform 1 is for Hankyu Osaka-Umeda direction, Platform 2 is for Hanshin Osaka-Umeda direction, Platform 3 is for Shinkaichi/Himeji direction from Hankyu, and Platform 4 is for Shinkaichi/Himeji direction from Hanshin.
Hanshin Electric Railway local trains bound for Kosoku Kobe (terminating at this station) arrive at Platform 4, proceed to the siding, reverse direction, and depart from Platform 2 as trains bound for Osaka-Umeda.
Although it is also a Hankyu station where Hankyu trains to and from Shinkaichi operate, the announcements and other information are the same as those at Hanshin Electric Railway stations.
Previously, it was a line and station of "Kobe Kosoku Railway," but now it is owned by a facility-owning company, and this section is operated as the "Kobe Kosoku Line" by Hanshin and Hankyu.
