"Agonized" over load development. Absolutely the right word...

I tried this 10 shot load development in my 260 with a 147 ELD match and H4831sc and found a 1/2 MOA shooter with ES of 2 fps the next time I loaded 5 rounds. Took it out to 1,000 yards and I couldn't miss a 20" plate in 10-15 mph wind. I did all of that in less than 25 rounds.

Could you all do a video with Scott Satterlee on his process of prepping brass for consistency?  I would really appreciate it!

Great video! On a hot day, do you wait like 3-5 minutes in between each shot?

I've been reloading (for high accuracy hunting) for 25, plus years and I just had one of those epiphany type, aha moments on load development!  This will most definitely save me time AND money as let's face it, components are getting EXPENSIVE and hard to find. Thanks for the help!

I’ve been reloading for several years. Since then I’ve been satisfied with sub MOA groups at 100 yards.  I found that tight groups at 100 don’t necessarily mean tight groups at 500 and farther.   I’m excited to take my reloading to the next level.   Thank you all for this video.   Stay safe.

Fellas I had heard of you from a few websites but never visited your site, mainly a lack of time. But with a new build up of a rifle, factory, but with some tuning, and having reloaded for over twenty years I have been trying some new approaches. The load development for this rifle, a second hand very low round count  Montana Rifles XWR-SS in 300WM, was one area I was keen to vary my approach.

This video with Scott is pure gold. With a nominally 8.7 pound scoped rifle, shooting 200 grain projectiles, who wants to bang away a hundred rounds to get a load? Some maybe, but no me. Ten rounds and I am well in the ball park, YES, now we are talking. I'll take that any day. Given I normally get my ES within 5 to 14fps and have a Magneto I will be trying this.

Recently tried this method on new a 65 Bartlein I fitted. 2 words. It works & convincingly too. Appreciate you taking the time to share the knowledge.

So- I have been struggling finding a load for my Weatherby Vanguard in 6.45creedmoor I use for centerfire sillouhette. After watching your video I did as you stated (without a chronograph- don’t have one) yet shot at 200yrds and found the node close enough to a load that I can use. Your video and the way you talked about it allowed me to find a node and 0.4” group at 200! Thank you so much!!!

It's good to load 2 per charge just to confirm the flat spots
