Great video and excellent results. I have always used the 10 shot ladder test and it has worked wonders. Every rifle is different and they all like a particular bullet weight or power or whatever. I have seen the Hornardy videos on these load development strategies and how they think they didn’t work for them. I do what works for me.

Nice job. It seems you are proving Hornady is correct.  You found 2 different loads that works about as well. They are shooting 25 rounds per charge weight since they have unlimited ammo and finding very little difference between any of them. That is ruffling a lot of feathers.

Great series. I’m new to reloading & have been playing with both methods . It does take a lot of resources & time . Thx for the info . I do like how organized you are with your data . Mine is scratched in a note book . I should learn from you & do better lol .

Very interesting. Nice content. So  is there any further benefit to doing OCW now that you’ve stumbled on the seating depth tuning? Would doing the OVW again with the new seating depth start to produce a different story? Curious if there’s any value (maybe so for the precision F-open shooter or precision bench rest).

If not, is the next tuning progressing into the usual bushing/mandrel neck tension?

I love my Arken. Your load development sheet is very well organized. I like it too. I screenshot it so I can replicate on my pc.

Where did you get that target and can I get it?

I wouldn't say set the ocw and ladder tests were similar. The ladder test is the clear winner with a .037 closer spread. Or theoretically .370 (3/8") out to 1000 yds.

What I see is a .3 to .5 load for the most part. I'd still play with the seating depth window around.020 a bit more to verify the window for condition swings. POI is pretty consistent in the lower chg wt.
