Artist Lecture Series at The Ridegwood Art Institute welcomed Gregg Kreutz for live still life painting demonstration on November 16, 2025.

Gregg Kreutz is an award winning painter and author of the classic artist’s guide, Problem Solving for Oil Painters (now in its 29th year of publication). Trained at the Art Students League, Gregg has won numerous awards and his work has been featured in many one-man shows. Gregg teaches at the Art Students League and at workshops across the country. About making art he says, "For me, painting is an opportunity to learn what is meaningful. Each picture is a visual separation of the highly significant from the less sig-nificant. Painting is really a window into the essential.”
