After leaving Watford in Hertfordshire and settling in South Africa, I can honestly say that South Africa is one of the best countries in the world

Mike gets so insecure when people calling him out for being on juice and he quickly turns to them and focus on their arms or physique. He know we know , and he's not even mad

If you look good, you feel good about yourself, and you can put that energy out there.

I couldn't agree more.

Cape Town is more natural and beautiful then Dubai, Mike

PLEASE open bodybuilding gyms in Cape Town! We are so sick of over-priced Virgin Active who prioritise everything else above the weights areas... The weights areas always have minimal equipment and are over-crowded.

Thanks for calling out our gyms, we definitely need better. Keen for that 5km run

18:24 Virgin Active is also extremely ridiculous lol. A 1 month pass cost roughly 250€ at greenpoint (around 300$) (cheaper if you get an annual plan) and 500€ at the Silo District LOL. Dude, you get exactly the same in Munich for 120€ a month. It's insane how expensive they are. Like, this isn't Dubai guys comeon :D

I am glad that you guys actually showed and came across South Africans ,we are so flooded with foreigners. You got to experience South Africans people .
