So you might think that I'm a good runner for my age, and you would be quite right. Not many kids are wizzing around Parkruns at 6 years old. The actual journey to becoming me, to getting better at running, to smashing Parkruns started a long long time ago before I was even born. I did Parkruns in my Mummy's tummy, I did Parkruns in the pushchair pushed by my Daddy. I watched my parents go week in week out. One day sometime around when I was 6 I decided I'd give it a go. It was hard, it felt along way. I had to stop a lot, sometimes be carried and sometimes get back in the pushchair. As time went on I got better, I didnt need to stop as much until I didnt need to stop at all. Soon I was running them all the way through and getting faster and faster. I started running with my Granny, but soon I was too fast for her. So I started running with Mummy, I'm nearly too fast for her. Most recently I've tried running with Daddy, he is super quick and often comes in the top ten, but we ran together for the very first time and I got the fastest time I ever have.
This video shows all of this, and some of my other adventures. From walking to running.
