SLB Drinks

We took all the Buffalo Trace bourbons in our collection and put them head-to-head in a full blind ranking. From everyday shelf bottles to the harder-to-find favorites, we lined them up and let the flavor speak for itself.

This one stirred up some debate even between us — so we want to hear what your personal rankings would be! Drop them in the comments below.

We finally ranked the Buffalo Trace bourbons in our collection, and we know some of you won’t agree. Let us know how your rankings would go and which bottle is your favorite from the lineup! Also, what distillery or lineup should we rank next?

Stop apologizing guys. Your videos aren’t too long and never apologize for being sick. Hell we all get sick from time to time. Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing your videos all week long.

Your wife never appearing on camera reminds me of Wilson from Home Improvement 😂 cheers guys!

Definitely need a Part 2. Would like to see Stagg Jr, Rock Hill Farms, Blanton’s Straight from the Barrel, Blanton’s Gold, Weller Single Barrel, Weller CYPB, and the cheaper Van Winkle stuff

My late husband and I have visited Buffalo Trace approximately every year for the last 10 years. Always stopped in the spring on the way home, don’t think I can handle that by myself this year. We both enjoyed watching SLB. Cheers to my husband Dan.

Also, personally I love the longer content..I dont always get to watch live streams at the time they are being done but if I got an hour long video every once and awhile id love it

People have so much to say about buff trace and "taters" but ill be damned. Seeing this lineup and taking into account were still missing about half of their lineup; they make some PHENOMENAL juice

I would love a part 2. So many other bourbons like Sazerac as well as George T Stagg

Please do a pt. 2!! Thank you for your opinions!

I, as well as many others, prefer the longer content! Feels like I’m sitting and listening to friends talk whiskey!

Drink what you like, the way you like it. Doesn't mean your palate has to match my palatae..." The very best way to approach all food-based consumables. These guys are just plain brilliant when talking about whiskey.

I am currently in a drawing for a purchase of an E.H. Barrel Proof and have been trying for over five years to purchase one. I was given one as a gift some years back and immediately opened it to share with my best friend and brother. I was floored by how good it was and have been Jonesing for another since. Thanks guys. Yeah, a BTAC second video would be cool.

And the crowd roars, "Master's Keeps...Master's Keeps." They are literally all behind you, gentlemen. It can even Segway to Wild Turkey/Russell's releases head-to-head.

Don't worry about the length of the video. We're here for it.

Some times I get bored at 10 mins on YouTube videos, but for SLB I’ll stick around happily for the full 40! It’s not fluff guys, its just the most honest, approachable whiskey channel out there. Love you guys, can’t wait for part II. Salud!

In march 2024, I stopped at a qwik trip gas station in the WI Dells for coffee at 7:30am. Walked over to their little liquor section and found one bottle of Eagle Rare 10 sitting there for $29.99. Have not seen one since

I cant tell you guys how much i enjoy relaxing and pouring a glass, and sipping some bourbon with you guys!

“Here’s some wood!” I used that line a few times back in my college days 😂

DO THE EXACT SAME LINEUP BLIND!!

I got my first CYPB this year for $89.99. Automatic buy. However, I gladly gave this as a Christmas present to one of my buddies who has found several bottles for me this last year. No hesitation or regret from me. It was the last bottle in his Weller collection. More power to him!
