"Not much triggers me" slowly turns to look at the poppy war 😭

You should do a video either reading books you’ve been putting off or reading books you aren’t sure belong in the unhaul pile.

“The Witcher meets howls moving castle” is a crazy tagline LOL

You should read the first chapter of all the books you're on the fence for. It really helps!

I don’t know what it is about your videos but the way you talk and structure them matches so well with my brain even if we don’t have a similar book taste hahah, also it’s so sweet of you to take the time to answer all of your comments

The way I held my breath every time you held up a book I want you to read 😂

Oh, I look forward to the day when my TBR is as small as yours. Granted, in the last 7 years I took mine from 800+ to around 200...but then late last year, I rescued a collection of old SciFi books that were destined for the dump if no one took them, which then bumped my unread books up closer to around 400, but I'm happy to have given those books a home.

jaimee if you’re comfortable, you should totally do a bookish but also a personal life Q&A

I have the opposite problem my TBR has gotten too small lol! Under 15 books! Sounds like I need to go book shopping !

I think you're the first non US or UK booktuber I've subscribed to, and I'm so glad you came up as recommended! Your physical tbr has a good amount of books I haven't heard of which I'm happy about. Many of the people I come across are discussing many of the same books or just one genre so this was nice.

Something about a new year and a TBR refresh is so satisfying to me. Also I’m reading The Fox Wife right now! Really liking it so far 🩵

the bell jar is one of my favorite books but only because i strongly relate to some of the thoughts and feelings the main character has so seeing them portrayed into actual words by someone else made me feel seen and understood. otherwise i don't see a point to the story so maybe that's why it doesn't leave everyone with a good impression

Thone of the Fallen was on my TBR since it came out. I finally read it this month and actually enjoyed it and regretted that I left it for so long.

The last book in the This Woven Kingdom series is supposed to come out around September and im so excited. I definitely think you'll enjoy it. The yearning is unmatched!

Adding another one to the list of people screaming at you to read The Naturals series😂 my fav is the third book!

I recently read Kill the Beast. I think you might like it despite the names. There are lots of themes in it throughout and touches on acceptance (self and others), grief and guilt, platonic love. I thought it was a fun read!
