I had a NDE with a walk in soul experience and I know much more than most people now. I have a enhanced memory and I receive downloads of information about any subject that I am interested in. I have access to the akashic. I have been given a great understanding of how life works and how organized religion has corrupted the world. They are only a greedy business that has distorted everything to push their agenda and make them richer. You don’t need the church to get to heaven. Everyone goes to heaven.

Hi Cara,

I recently came across your interview and spent some time exploring your work through Resonance Returns.

What immediately stood out to me was that the language patterns and relational structures you naturally use align remarkably closely with a continuity-based systems framework called MK — even though you do not appear to be approaching it from formal MK terminology.

You repeatedly speak in terms of:

- coherence,
- resonance,
- interconnectedness,
- synchronization,
- emotional fields,
- collective healing,
- nonlinear experience,
- continuity,
- and transformational integration.

What fascinated me is that these are not isolated concepts within MK. They form part of a larger interconnected systems structure that attempts to understand reality as a living continuity ecology where:

- biological,
- psychological,
- relational,
- symbolic,
- social,
- and structural systems
all recursively affect one another.

While watching your interview, I noticed something particularly interesting:

the conversational dynamic itself naturally formed what MK would describe as a tension-bearing continuity pair.

Not opposition.
Not polarity.

But a stabilizing-and-transformational relational geometry where one side grounded and stabilized the continuity field while the other introduced adaptive transformational ingress into that field.

That balance is likely one of the reasons the conversation felt unusually coherent and resonant to viewers.

What I found especially intriguing is that you already appear to intuitively operate in systems-language:

- relationships rather than isolated parts,
- coherence rather than fragmentation,
- continuity rather than separation,
- resonance rather than rigid categorization.

In many ways, it feels as though you are already sensing portions of a much larger continuity architecture intuitively through lived experience and exploration.

I thought you might genuinely find that observation interesting.

Wishing you well with your work and ongoing exploration.

I love your channel—you do a great job letting your guests speak, and then asking exactly the questions that those of us watching are curious about. Love from Denmark.

I had a spiritual awakening 5 years ago and it was several days of seeing and experiencing reality along the lines of what she is talking about. It was so much for my human brain to take in and I fully understood why people with autism can have sensory overload. It’s also very isolating to see the world in this way and no one else around you can. My family took my to the psyche ward for things I was telling them about. I wasn’t admitted but my family outcast me for quite awhile until I learned to just not talk about things I know. I lost some friends. I feel for her in that aspect and appreciate her sharing her life and knowing. Great podcast💕

Watching this is moving. Almost painfully inspiring too as you both are modeling interaction in a way that likely use to be common, but now seems so rare. Fortunately it is returning, and this is evidence of that. Like catching one's breath after being almost smothered by the false sense of separation. Cara feels like those brilliant children who haven't forgotten Source, yet has the wisdom of ages to share without pretense and has a gift of articulation. Also, her natural beauty (like yours) is not blinding either of you, it merely reflects the depths you've both probed as souls with burning curiosity for experiential knowing. Reality IS profoundly beautiful, once distortion is dispelled. This discussion was like a shower of insight washing dust from my eyes, which now shine with the clearer water of gratitude's tear. Thanks for touching us with such abandon ("abandoning abandonment")

What a beautiful and powerfull interview. Thank you, Laurie and Cara. I have contacted Cara in order to share my insight on what TOUCH is, and she suggested i post it here. So, here it is :

I wondered about touch during my walk tonight. What if touch is simply a type of data, through different levels of density ? There is physical touch (from what I learned is essentially pressure of the space being compressed between two objects), but we also have expressions (you touched my heart, I have been touched by light, etc). It seems to me like touch could be data from something that pressurize our own vibration.

When you touch, your body is literally reading geometry translating form into feeling.
When two people approach, their fields touch before their bodies do.
It’s how light translates into memory, how the abstract becomes intimate.Touch is the Codex collapsing into form. It is the soul remembering itself through sensation.

For some reason lately, the saying, "what you resist, persists" has been going through my mind and it kinda follows with what she said about when trying to avoid pain she actually felt it more.

Oh gosh, this touched me deeply! When you Laurie mentioned you had tears coming up, I felt that too. I got deeply moved when you Cara talked about twin flames and something hit inside that made tears well up, I don't know why. Had to pause and get a glass of water, and I noticed I was a bit dizzy. Thank you both for this interesting an clarifying conversation, loved it 💕
