This is what I've always believed. When terrible things happened to me, people asked why I wasn't angry? I said "Because there is something here I must learn from" And there was, decades later I found out, learned that and grew as a soul. And the more you grow, the easier life becomes. But yes, learning comes through suffering. We learn best when we suffer. Then we go home and recover and after that, back to the next mission. It is just as he says.

In the late 1970s, Sue Saunders was working at Hartford Hospital as a respiratory therapist. One day, she was helping to resuscitate a man in the emergency room, whose electrocardiogram had gone flat. Medics were shocking him repeatedly with no results while Saunders was trying to give him oxygen. In the middle of the resuscitation, someone else took over for her and she left. A couple of days later, she encountered this patient in the ICU. He spontaneously commented, “You looked so much better in your yellow top.” She, like Harmon, was so shocked at this remark that she got goose-bumps, for she had been wearing a yellow smock the previous day. “Yeah,” the man continued, “I saw you. You had something over your face and you were pushing air into me. And I saw your yellow smock.” Saunders confirmed that she had had something over her face – a mask – and that she had worn the yellow smock while trying to give him oxygen, while he was unconscious and without a heartbeat.

I actually remember being pure consciousness hovering over a delivery room in December 1974. There was no beginning or end of "me" and I could perceive everything as if having a 360- degree perspective. Shortly thereafter came an Incredible condensation of energy into what can only be described as - trying to fit an atomic bomb onto the tip of a needle. I remember not being able to catch my breath during this transition for what seemed like an eternity. At around age 20 I had a talk with my Mom who said that she had a "difficult delivery" , telling me that I was not breathing and had to be "slapped on the ass" 3 times before I was able to catch my first breath. From my perspective it was like descending from absolute boundlessness into an extremely dense confined environment which resulted in a ''system-shock'' upon arrival. It's like I had to leave 3/4 of myself behind in order to even be able to participate in being here.

They come back because the whole point of life here on Earth is to reach that NDE experience while still in the body and doing perfectly fine. The point is to reach NDE awareness without having to have a traumatic incident force it to happen, and through that, the physical body becomes its permanent, eternal form. That's what they mean when they say "it's worth it". I actually saw "It's Worth It" in my mind, blazing across the cosmos, in one of my moments of longing several years ago -- the wait and the process is difficult, but it's worth it and everyone will absolutely love what comes out of this. It's so worth it!
