My husband is 68 and recently suffered a stroke. He is still recovering, and I pray every day that he will regain his strength. If you have a moment, please say a prayer for him. 🙏

I used to walk into rooms and completely forget why, feeling scared and frustrated every day 😩 I couldn’t focus at work and my anxiety was through the roof. I tried brain vitamins with zero results. Then saw women talking about the Hormonal Reset Protocol -(Emma Wells). Fixing my hormones and gut completely restored my focus, eliminated my hot flashes, and dropped 29 lbs. Shocked this isn't common knowledge.

This is my favourite podcast. Very informative. What sets it apart from many other similar poscasts is that it is done by three very professional doctors. Keep up the good work. You guys are doing a great service for the benefit of millions of people.

Avoiding sugar, grain carbs, processed food is key.

Drawing the clock is how my dad’s Dr discovered he had a massive hematoma that had shifted his brain. She treated him for what she thought was allergies until I took him in after seeing him walking down a street and saw something was wrong. His clock was clustered on one side of the circle.

enjoy listening to you fella's .... I trust you!!   and I tell my doctor about you.   He is awesome!!  He does not mind my questioning him ... nor talking about holistic medicine ..... His  name is Dr Music!!   I tell him he should become a holistic doctor ...... he'd be an awesome number four in your line up ................. lol      keep doing what you are doing ...

I never remember names, never have.(even as a 20 yr old) I remember where we met, their personality, etc.

Wishing everyone here stronger muscles, a healthier heart, a sharper mind, deeper sleep, and more energy for the life you still want to live

I’m a retired nurse, age, 80, and recently I’ve noticed memory loss in places names dates, which I’ve never had before. I can do all of the things that you mentioned and I play sudoku, Cribbage and other online games. I believe, after some research that my cognitive decline is due to medication that I’m on. Medication that crosses the brain barrier. could you talk about that on your show sometime?

I am of Italian heritage but born and raised in Canada so English is essentially my first language. What I have started doing is listening to Italian conversation online and translating it to English out loud while listening.

Dementia is type 3 diabetes.

Now that I’m 60, I’m really working hard to get weight off and improve every aspect of my health in general.
I love and appreciate all the down to earth and common sense info and approach. Thank you to all three of you ❤

I started playing guitar at 60. Absolutely love it and I know it’s really good for me.

I'm 73, have always hated board (bored) games. I paint, create, study art, grow plants, and bake goodies for other people. I'm doing quite well. Lots of people around me are dropping like flies.

I never could play chess because I lose every time! But I'm a professional clarinetist and at 70 years old I'm still holding my own with all the young people! And playing orchestral music and chainwork music and all of that. I really think being a musician is really good for your brain

Free cell is a good online card game to play and has been tested in checking cognitive ability.

Thank you.  An excellent podcast.  I recommend it to everyone.

I’m 71 and I love to play Scrabble.  I play with friends and it motivates me to increase my vocabulary and strategy is part of the game too.

Doctors, some of these answers are truly hilarious. You guys provide useful information, your followers provide humor! I asked my doctor if she wanted me to count backwards or do a similar mental test and she smiled and said NO. I guess we were out of time....NEXT???
