We got completely trapped in one of the worst Arctic blizzards we've ever faced. What started as a peaceful morning quickly turned into a full-on challenge against the elements. After camping off-grid down a snow-covered track, we escape the deep powder and head toward the mountain pass between Norway and Sweden, right into the heart of a severe snowstorm.
With the road later closed behind us, we dig ourselves out in brutal conditions, camp alone at the top of the pass, and face white-out chaos as the blizzard rages through the night.

Great video, very nice pictures and atmosphere.
Continually impressed by your van - what a fabulous machine, and also amazing piece of technology, creating an almost unstoppable go anywhere internet connected freeze-proof home on wheels. Haven't watched all your videos to see if you explain more about how the van works and how you put it all together - hope so.
We're not far from Tahoe in California and have driven through and stayed in snow like that sometimes. A good 4x4 and winter tyres do make you feel invincible, athough white-out, invisible road edges and iced up wipers can get really scary, especially on an interstate freeway in a blizzard.
Curious how long you could wait out being snowed in if you had to, before fuel and batteries ran out? A week?
