We stayed at the Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa in Benidorm, Spain – and overall, we thought this was a really good hotel! 🇪🇸

In this full review, I take you around the hotel and show you the room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool areas, rooftop terrace and facilities, as well as some fantastic views across Benidorm.

There was plenty to like, and for most of our stay we were impressed. However, there was one particular issue that affected our holiday far more than we expected – and it’s the reason we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Was there last week, place is trying to be Ibiza cool. Good stuff include the rooms, pool area, wine prices and staff The stuff to improve on is the terrace and food temperature. Terrace is for posers only, residents don't get priority and having to wait to be seated is a joke! Food was either hot or cold. Resto area is small a and closing at 10 am is far too early for a luxury hotel. Overall its good but best in Benidorm? You decide

we stayed there last week. We'd been before, as it's my favourite hotel. We got an upgrade to the new block. What a disappointment. No wow factor at all. Just a pole to hang your clothes on, one draw between you, and no space for both suitcases. They asked for a review...and they got one. If we come back there again, we want to go in the old block.

Hello just to say I enjoyed your video of the port benidorm👍. Me and my family and first stayed there in 2015 when it was refurbished and changed it's name to Port benidorm but I can't remember the original name of this hotel. But I remember the lifts back then they had a touch screen before you got in and you had to enter your floor number and so if anyone else who was waiting to use the lift unless they was going up to the same floor as you they couldn't get in with you because you couldn't change the floor number once you were inside😅 and everybody was complaining about it. But now it's different I believe. I've stayed at the port benidorm three times now and the last time was in march 2024 and the staff was a bit rude and abrupt to be honest and the food quality didn't seem as good as the previous visits. I must admit the refurbishment looks really nice and tasteful. Thanks.

I liked everything about this Hotel when I stayed there on a last minute week long break in Spring 1925 except the see through bathrooms and toilets.No privacy at all.
