I won’t stand for The Blackest Day slander 😕 that’s literally one of her best songs!

HONEYMOON LAST WHEN ITS MY NUMBER ONE OMG😢

She is an icon and her legacy will forever be remembered 🤍

WHAT ahhhhaha honeymoon is such a vibe! love to listen to it when i’m having trouble falling asleep

you lost me from the very beginning cause honeymoon is top 3….

You should definitely do more of these, you have such an intricate perspective. Would love to see you do these with more artists! And love the ranking!

This is the most random ranking I have ever seen! Thanks for the perspective though

1. NFR
2. ocean blvd
3. ultraviolence
4. lust for life
5. honeymoon
6. blue bannisters
7. chemtrails
8. born to die (including paradise)

I've totally given up on trying to fairly rank her albums because they're ever-changing for me, but I can confidently say my top 3 are NFR, Lust for Life, and BTD/Paradise. Chemtrails is very up there too.

I was shocked to see Blue Bannisters at #2, I haven't heard a lot of people see this album for real, and give it the respect it deserves, as something so different to her other albums <3

my exact ranking! love to see it, such great insights

Love this! Please do this with more artists like Taylor, Britney, Ariana, The Weeknd etc. ! Love the podcast!

Such a fun video!! My ranking is influenced a lot by how the progression of the albums have lined up with the phases of my life.
Born to die came out right when I got my drivers license and started experiencing many firsts, it’s a masterpiece, but also doesn’t have some of the more complex themes and lyrics like the later albums that align more with real life.
This is hard but mine is as follows:
Blue bannisters 🫣- maybe I need to dive back into it, but I don’t think there was one song that stuck out to me when I first listened to it.
Lust for life- this one has some great songs, but sometimes it feels like it’s going for a more advanced version of born to die, and it’s just not.
Chemtrails- this is another one I need to dive back into, I love the title track so much, but sometimes far haven’t connected with any of the other songs.
Ultra violence- to me this one is the most character driven, the esthetic is very cult flower child driven sometimes, but at the same nothing had ever been done like it, it was really revolutionary when you thought nothing could be more revolutionary than born to die.
Honeymoon-completely agree with Terrance loves you being a masterpiece. Honey moon, Music to watch boys to 🙌. Songs like that really paved the path to her later potential she reaches imo.
Did you know there’s a tunnel of ocean boulevard- just a masterpiece with real emotion that is very powerful.
Born to die ❤-it’s just such so classic for me and such an important album for music in general. Every song is a banger period.
Norman fucking Rockwell- indescribably phenomenal. Her lyrics on this album are on a new level that is honestly once in a generation in my opinion. Just amazing. Venice beach? mariners apartment complex? All time greatest.

Born to die at 7 is criminal!

1. NFR
2. Ocean Blvd
3. Blue Banisters
4. Born to Die
5. Lust for Life
6. Honeymoon
7. Chemtrails
8. Ultraviolence

Generally speaking, you can tell the newer fans from the older fans with that split from lesser life to n. F. R. Gool fans will prefer her earlier work while newer fans prefer her newer works.

Honeymoon is such a good album❤

a perfect ranking!

I was taken aback when I saw Honeymoon in 8th place but after you started explaining your pov I just couldn’t help to agree with everything you said. such a cool review! I enjoy the way you talk about music a lot. please do lady gaga next!

Anyone here after she announced that Stove and Spyda were the names and they were coming out in 2026?
