idk how many ppl do the same as me but... i got 30 years old and sometimes i sleep with the main theme of final fantasy 7.
It immediately transports me to a better world and gives me so much peace. Thank you to Nobuo Uematsu for composing this almost 30 years ago. I adore this game and its music. Thank you for everything <3

This song needs to be preserved in a time capsule for eternity

For those who loved this game for nearly 30 years, only they can understand why seeing and hearing this live brings us to our knees.  I drove 11 hours one-way to see this concert live.  Would do it again.

This game meant so much for me, and this theme feels like home. You can see the full story of Cloud with this music, falling to the darkness and beating all his problems and being able to succeed thanks to the ones that are with him (and were with him also). Truly a masterpiece!

I would have been tearing up listening to this live. FF VII is still my favorite video game of all time

Oh man, this takes me back to my childhood where I first exit Midgard and running on the world map as Cloud. Nostalgia hitting hard….

To me this will always be "Cloud's theme"

My favorite song in FF7 feels like someone's whole life story.

I still remember when I was playing FF7 back in the day. Once, I had to step away for a bit while on the overworld map. When I came back, I realized for the first time just how long this song actually is!

Before that, I’d always enter a battle or a town after hearing just the very beginning, so I used to think it was kind of monotonous and boring. But after patiently sitting through it and listening to it repeat, I was completely blown away.

I could so clearly hear a person's life in it—a whole, complete life. Ever since then, the Main Theme has been my absolute favorite track in FF7.

It’s not just a background track; it’s a masterpiece that tells a story of a lifetime.
