ADHD here, I do the designs, I have hundreds, I just don't list them.  I love the honesty of this channel. It is actually very encouraging to follow people that aren't an overnight wonder with thousands of sales within months.

I’m in tears!! You have no idea how this video speaks to me. I work a demanding full time job, I have a family/household to manage, additional life obligations, Etsy plus other endeavors that I need to fill my cup AND have severe ADHD! I just want you to thank you for sharing your story because I personally felt like I was failing in an area that really matters to me. The burnout is so real and I am constantly trying to overcome it. Thank you so much for this.

I recently had to say NO to something I enjoyed, but started to feel like an obligation. I also tell myself lately that if I gave it 20-30 minutes today, I have done enough. I’m a part of the membership and would love to hear more about your journey.

Shay! Thank you for your transparency in your videos! I’m also an ADHDer over here so can really relate! It’s very common for people with ADHD to go through phases of high motivation so we start lots of projects and say yes to so many things and then we get burnt out! I think like you said learning to say no and to give yourself breaks on a regular bases can help! To be honest I’m still figuring it out though! 😂 thank you for all you do in the community! If anyone hasn’t told you this lately, you are killin it and it’s okay to allow yourself to rest! ❤

We all need a break sometimes <3  I also have taken a break...  I felt like my life was suffering and I was neglecting other important things in my life... I'm not giving up, but just going to take it very, very slow and  have fun with it.  I sooo relate to your journey and I have missed your videos, they are always so encouraging to me. Queen! Thank you for your honest video! I am burnt out and my health has suffered because of it so I'm taking a break changing routines/priorities and making things which are soul cleansing and not gonna ever sell.
