I am not a huge fan of contemporary architecture, but those views are incomparable. This makes me want to live in an apartment just to have this every day.

I’ll never complain about Toronto real estate prices ever again!

Ok there is nothing i don't love about this one- much more cosy and homely, love the lighting, the curves and how well thought out the use of the space is.

I'd want something further up the road, I don't think a [chewing gum and catapult] from the balcony can quite hit the politicians from there.

This is a beautiful use of space. I love the color scheme and how each room flows for maximum comfort. The great views, the balcony (that still maintains privacy because of that curved design). STUNNING! Just stunning. I could see myself living there. Props to the people who live in this particular apartment, they have a very elegant sense of style.

The place looks nice (though surprisingly cramped for a 3.8 mill property, I think the interior designer overstuffed the place with furniture, personally I get the feeling you are getting a 2 million appartment and pay an additional 2 million for the location) but there is something quite dystopian about "you can see this industrial building from here, its amazing"

I like everything about this apartment. The layout is interesting and different and the interior design is spot on.

5:40...Utility Room..."You've got a washer and dryer in here, so you don't have to look at it, so that's nice"..Yes, that is nice but geeks like me might have enjoyed a quick peak at the sort of high end technology that they've got in there (probably Miele!) just to see how they match up to mine. Would only have taken a second...

An interesting and well-presented property video. However, as with most info I receive from agents, the asking price is mentioned but the annual/monthly management fees get overlooked. I have seen some very interesting properties well within my budget but the management fees made them unaffordable.

Yes, please!
I'd love to see the penthouse. I'll bet the views are even more stunning

Who in their right mind would spend that obscene amount to wake up to the sight of railway lines, buildings, a dirty river ...... and cranes?

@monicanath4859 3 years ago

I felt that there should be more bedroom space for the price you are paying. However the en-suite bathrooms are really nice. And the views are really stunning.

Why is the ceiling so low? Feel like a cave little bit despite the amazing view.

what a tiny hole for almost 4M !

Don't even know why this video came up in my YT recommendations, but I decided to watch. And by the end of it, I was thanking God for living in a country where such tight spaces are not even sold in low-priced properties. I mean... what??? This is a £3.8m pound apartment ffs! Such cramped up rooms and living room? Damn!

@weedpoison2923 2 years ago

This is one of the better apartments ever featured in the channel.

Personally i would get something for around 2 million in London and spend the other 2 million getting a ( 2 or more ) coastal house(s) In Cornwall with allround garden ..

@juliemariesmith8378 3 years ago

I love it! Why does this feel like a bargain to me? Am I rich now?? 😂

@philm3509 3 years ago

Nearly 4 mil, my friends live in Lambeth down the road 10 mins walking. They would slap the head off me for buying that tiny place! Great for bonfire night/New years eve and that, perhaps networking with fellow residents but nothing else!
