SO excited to finally show you guys all this stuff, it's been a long time coming.
Now that it's up I'm gonna sit back and play some Hunger 🌴

Man I can't wait to spend thirty minutes meticulously crawling a dungeon only for three sweaty dickheads to bushwhack me at the extract and take all my loot.

"the bacterium, a virus"
screeches in medical literacy

I feel quite hungry.

I always go into these games thinking “wow, the world and lore of this game is super cool” and then I get killed instantly by a corner camper. Don’t get me wrong I love gambling my inventory but losing it like that just ain’t fun to me

The full and proper musket reload is DELICIOUS.

No legs were broken in this video … jokes aside, was fun checking out the game with you 🙌

Not to sound pissy, but I wish other genres were this creative with their settings. I'm not an Extraction fan at all, but they are getting some of the coolest worlds. I wish I could see this in a looter shooter or even an open-world game. The risk of extraction is just too stressful for me.

I can already see people farming the best weapons and getting so sweaty that unless you play this game like a full time job, you won't stand a chance.

Super cool to see someone else very interested in the lore of Hunger!
Those boss concepts you showed off are really interesting. It seems like each boss is meant to come from a different part of French society. Jacques is the military, the Abbot is the clergy, and the hunchback with the pickaxe seems to be industry.

Well I was very excited about hunger and I still think it’s one of the best concepts for a game to this day… but I have a 12 hour a day kind of job and while I have time to play games (slower ones as well not just fps games) I’ll never have time for this. :(

Europe was a prize once.. now, it's a grave.

Fantastic edit chops as always, choice music, typography, colours, everything. I had barely seen anything about this game until now, and here I am thinking about that Louisville reload, a lot.

Someone really looked at guts and blackpowder and said, "Hey, i can work with that!"

It feels like this game did what items couldn't do in marathon, have real use outside of being reskinned money.

A Riloe video on beta decay would be incredible

I'm so grateful I found this channel. Nobody else has more perfectly scratched my itch for what makes world-building and game design so addictive. It helps that the editing and script writing are always fantastic as well.

I don't wanna say "Never stop making these videos" because it's always possible (unfortunately) for creative people to lose interest in something they used to love, but I will tell you that there will always be a very niche, dedicated audience for this sort of thing. So as long as you're in it, we're here for it <3

On the one hand I like the idea, but my experience with extraction games tells me is sounds good so long as I dont get frustrated over PvP

Been following Hungers Development for a year plus and I am very exccited with everything youre sharing, it all seems so promising. CAN NOT control the levels of hype.

France at the turn of the 19th century is such an interesting setting. It's the catalyst for so many things in Europe from concerns of politics and Hedonism to technological advancement. Even though people rag on the French you can't deny they were a driving factor in many things in the quickly evolving modern world. This really got me hooked! Great video!

Just found this through the video, the setting is so unique and it looks amazing, but it's an extraction shooter... Oh well, at least it looks cool.
