It’s been an incredible year at the homestead — and Clare’s bees have delivered our biggest honey harvest yet! 🍯

This is Clare’s third year keeping bees, and this season has been our best so far, with a whopping *43kg of beautiful West Cork honey* harvested from the hives.

Meanwhile, Rob has been busy in the kitchen. We make **Greek yoghurt completely from scratch**, turn the last of our summer loganberries into a huge **20 litres of homemade loganberry jam**, and finish things off with what might just be the best dessert we’ve made yet — homemade yoghurt, our own loganberry jam, fresh honey straight from the hives and chocolate shavings.

It’s another busy but very satisfying day here in West Cork, making the most of what we grow, keep and produce ourselves.
