The Collected Teachings of Ajahn Chah was published in 2012. This is the complete collection of talks by Ajahn Chah that have been translated into English. During the Winter of 2012, Ajahn Amaro has given a daily reading which are recorded as audio files. What is collected here is the 'rough-hewn' edit of these readings. These talks are being made available here as a stop-gap, until the final version is ready. A final version of these readings, including the Q&A, is still under preparation and will be published, hopefully, in the near future.

Thank you so much for this reading series. It is wonderful to hear such a clear teaching, and though I have the book, hearing it is much better!

This was very helpful at my age and living alone.I'll have to deal with this sooner than I think. Good to look at it, listen to it, and not "feel" alone. The forest Monks have changed my life and attitude. I thank you. Many blessings.Sadu,Sadu,Sadu.

If you hit the 3 vertical dots of your screen and change the playback speed to .75 the talk is so much easier to listen to. I even sense that the .75 is how it is "normal" and it was speeded up to make the talk "shorter". Try it out and see what you think.

Just gotta keep digging in, breathing., do my workout, eat right, maintain the health of my vessel.....and....for....what?

So, the thing about Buddhism is its missing the Ra Ra shish boom baa !! that one needs to choose Joy over Suffering. Yet. What can you do ? Play metal music during your workout and know it's all Suffering anyway
